Global Quality Manager

Novaya delivers globally to our mattress assembly customers latex based components (cores, toppers and pillows). We produce latex (synthetic and natural) based components from production units in Europe (but expanding into Asia & Americas). All sales are B2B to mattress assembly companies, but a good knowledge of the retail market is required to anticipate trends and consumer behaviours. We are on a path to develop natural latex based sustainable and recyclable components and own our own recycling unit where we develop new products from post industrial and post consumer latex/foam flows.
